The Monday's

Good morning, hopefully you are being productive today. As I write this in the comfort of my home, a world away there is a revolution in the making. Nations from Morocco to China are facing change, change that is being forged with the blood of young men and women. While here in the US we see the increase in gas prices we do not understand what would compel young men and women to revolt against their governments. Yet at the same time we as a nation have prided ourselves on our own revolution that as so many see it was divinely guided. Yet many of these people more often then not view the young revolutionaries in other countries as agents of evil and our future enemies. Perhaps the latter of the claims is true. However, do we not have a responsibility to help these people? After all throughout the mid 2000's it was the policy of president George W. Bush to promote democracy throughout the middle east. Now that the people in that part of the world are demanding democratic reforms what have we done to help? With all that said I do not believe we have hampered their efforts. I challenge you to learn more of these changes occurring throughout the world. So with that said, I found this cool slide show I will share with all of you.

If you thought the slide show was cool I suggest watching Battle of Algiers directed by Gillo Pontecorvo.

That's all for today thanks for reading.
